After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Mika’s, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Mika in the washing machine or dryer.

Not warm enough for a Canadian winter

I love the fit of the Mika. It's comfortable and adjustable for different calf sizes. The sizing recommendations on the website are perfect. They're reasonably warm for fall or warm winter weather, but they are not warm enough once temperatures drop below about -10 or -15C.

Please let me know when they are more durable!

I *loved* these boots! They are comfy, I get a bunch of compliments, they go with so many outfits! But then within a couple of months, the zipper pull came off the boot. (I had to get into and out of the zipper by putting a safety pin in its place). I figured this was a defect. Customer service was so easy to work with! And sent me a new pair. I wore this pair for another couple months- maybe 4 (on the outside) & the zipper broke! Just split open all the way down the side of the boot! And upon inspection, the zipper itself had started pulling from the stitches holding it to the boot. I did get these on sale. But still, too much to have to replace every season.

Loved them until…

I thought I found the perfect barefoot shoe. Unfortunately 3.5 months of frequent wearing and the toe seams are coming undone. For the price point, this is unacceptable as this is not a shoe I would think I have to buy new every season. I was really hoping these would be long lasting, so unfortunate.
