Trying to transition to barefoot shoes and this is a great addition to my foot care products.

This isn’t bad …the texture is “higher” than what I expected but I guess that just means my feet need more work! My only suggestion would be a slip proof bottom. This has to be used on a carpet or it slides from under me .

Hello. I was turned on to your company by my physical therapist because I recently had corrective bunion surgery on my feet. She sent me a list of products to buy, including this rox mat. After receiving this product I had to let her know that I am unable to use these mats. Because I am learning how to walk and use muscles in a new way, the bottom side of my feet are very sensitive. The hard plastic feels like rocks. I am needing the same type of Mat with some sort of cushion or flex such as silicone or rubber. However, I have also bought 2 pairs of shoes from xero and have found that the extra room and box like toe area is amazing for my feet. I will buy more shoes for sure.
